Here are my stats:
Stationary Bike - 5.03mi, 22'54", 173cal
Treadmill - 3.00mi, 29'28", 9'49" (pace), 343cal
Elliptical - 2.00mi, 19'00", 182cal
That's a total of 10miles folks. #:-S
*I absolutely love seeing chubby girls at the gym. Not because I like to watch them, but because it's fucking awesome that they're out there getting some exercise. I think too many people think they're *too fat* for the gym, and that's just sad. :(
*There were a few total hotties working out. The first girl I noticed was on an elliptical machine. She was wearing a sports bra under a t-shirt where the sleeves and sides had been cut. I'm not sure I'm describing that well enough, but trust me, it was so incredibly HOT! I could barely stop staring. Without sides to the shirt, you could perfectly see her tits and oh-so-flat tummy. =P~ The second one to catch my eye was this guy on a treadmill. He had some really gorgeous arms. Yum. Yum! And the third one was a different girl on another elliptical. She was just wearing a normal sports tank, but it was just fun to watch her body move.
*I love my posture after a work-out. Shoulders back, chest out, tummy in. I feel like a look like a million bucks with an attitude to go with it. A good, approachable, fucking hot attitude.
*Jewel has a couple really fun songs to work-out to. For example, "America" from her 304 album is fun for running, and "Doin' Fine" from the same album is really, really fun on the elliptical. I recently rediscovered these songs as I've been ripping the music off all my old CDs.
*I probably shouldn't admit this, but I also had a lot of fun on the elliptical with "Come Baby Come" by K7. #-o
*I wonder if anyone ever picks a machine purely for the eye candy in front of them. Could that be why the guy picked the machine directly behind mine? Hey, a girl can dream. 8->
*I hate stretching. Even though I know it's important, I rarely take the time to do it or do it properly.
*My fair skin is my enemy as my face gets so red/purplish that Jasper is always afraid that people will think I'm about to have a heart attack. But generally, I feel fine. :)
Time to shower and get to bed!
I love seeing your gym through your eyes. Here's to many more great workouts just as you described. It's definitely nice to imagine being able to observe and admire you just as you observe and admire others.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening.
Kick ass workout today!
ReplyDeleteI love people watching at the gym. I'm only a little bit afraid since I'm a horrible judge of age, so I try not to check out any young women who might be too young. But there's always a wide range of eye candy.
I'd love to get on the treadmill behind you, great inspiration to keep on going.
Your gym workouts definitely pay off, it's not easy to keep such a hot and fuckable body, and that is definitely what you have ;)
Do we pick machines based on eye candy? Of course we do and that is why he picked the machine behind you. Heck, I've taken entire aerobics classes based on the spandex appeal alone.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on seeing heavier people at the gym. My rule has always been that you can't make fun of any one at the gym because they are at the gym. If they are there they have made the effort and we all deserve credit for just being there.
Thanks for your notes, they make for fun reading!
That's awesome Lola...I love the feeling after a great workout.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, if I'm at the gym by myself, I definitely pick cardio equipment based on location - either behind or next to someone hot, or if that's not available, near the TV that has something I can zone out to. If there were other machines available, then that guy picked his b/c of your ass ;)
And i'm absolutely 1000% in agreement about being overweight at the gym. I think it's awesome. And quite honestly, I think you should wear whatever you are comfortable in when working out. My wife feels that anyone overweight (she includes herself in this, which is ridiculous in and of itself) should be covered head to toe regardless. I disagree.
13messages, Thanks! I hope to have many more, too. The gym is fun. :)
ReplyDeleteMarcus, I use the gym on campus, so it's pretty safe to assume that everyone there is at least 18+. Hehe. I'd love to be your inspiration, so climb up on that machine behind me, ok?
Advizor54, Glad you enjoyed reading my notes. I wholeheartedly agree with your rule.
GoodWill, I never really thought about the workout clothes aspect, but yes, everyone should feel free to wear whatever they'll be comfortable in.
And thanks, everyone, for thinking that guy pick the machine for my ass. I will choose to believe you. :-*
