Anniversary Gifts

With school and planning for our upcoming move next summer, we decided not to exchange gifts for our anniversary this year.

And then I remembered that I had some gift cards to use at EdenFantasys.

For Lola:

I really like it. It fits perfectly. It's pretty but also a little casual. It's fun to twirl around in, too. I hope to get a lot of use out of it.

Wow! This puppies are tight! I had a really difficult time trying them on. Jasper adjusted them slightly, so hopefully they'll go on easier next time. I would love to be able to wear them out somewhere.

I got up early this morning to squeeze in a run before work.

It was COLD! My phone said it was 21°F and felt like 16°F. Needless to say, I was all bundled up.

Plus it was still quite dark, so I threw on my reflective vest and headlamp.
Safety first, y'know.

I got home from my run with perfect timing to see this scene.

Wow! It's been a really long time. I know you're all sick of hearing how busy I've been with school.

The end is in sight! Yay!

But, truth be told, I still really shouldn't have taken the time to play around with these photos as much as I did tonight. Oh well. If I don't do well on my quiz tomorrow or my final on Fri, I'm totally blaming all of you! You're okay with that, right?

Have I mentioned that I signed up to run a marathon in June? Yep.

Training officially starts in Feb, but I got my fancy training shirt a couple weeks ago.
